Your responsibility
Use only accounts, devices, and projects you are authorized to access. Protect pairing codes and credentials. Do not use Loopfleet for unlawful activity, malware, unauthorized access, or service disruption.
Your content
You retain your content. We use it only as needed to operate the services you choose. See Privacy.
Availability and liability
The preview is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or an uptime guarantee. To the extent permitted by law, Loopfleet excludes indirect and consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
Stopping and changes
You may stop using Loopfleet at any time. Hosted access may be suspended for material breaches or legal requirements. Material terms changes update this date. New York law and courts govern, subject to applicable law.
